Masses of mission olives are processed into many guises at Darling Olives. Besides the obvious Calamata-style olives and extra virgin oil, products range from soap to jam and chutney to chocolate. The goat’s milk cheese is delicious and everything can be tasted (R5-R10) and bought along with the estate’s NJB wines.

Open 9am-4pm Mon-Fri; 9am-1pm Sat.

How to get here:

Alexanderfontein Boerdery, 2.5km from Darling on the R315.
