The Cape Peninsula Health & Skincare Academy (Pty) Ltd is an accredited Education and Training single purpose provider of Health & Skincare Therapy. The Institute is accredited by the ETQA (Education and Training Quality Assuror for Health & Skincare - PAB (The Professional Accreditation Body – SAQA ID PAB 637), to offer training according to strict National policies and procedures as set out by SAQA (South African Qualifications Authority).
The Institute is also accredited by SAAHSP (The South African Association of Health & Skincare), ITEC (British International Qualification) and CIDESCO (Swiss International Qualification).
The two year full time qualifications are taught according to National and International relevant syllabi as well as recently instated unit standards.
The Cape Peninsula Health & Skincare Academy (Pty) Ltd is also guided by the principles of the National Qualifications Framework, i.e. integration, access, mobility, progression, relevance, credibility, coherence, flexibility, articulation, portability and quality for all learners.
The Institute ensures that it meets its objectives by enrolling a limited number of learners per year with the maximum ratio of 1 educator/trainer to 12 learners during theoretical interaction and a maximum ratio of 1 educator/trainer to 6 learners during practical sessions.
