Darling’s railway track still divides the town, but you can experience life on the other side at this homestay. Supported by the Dreamcatcher charity, owner Ivy Johnson’s motto is that her guests should receive the best, but don’t expect any bells and whistles, as this is the way she normally lives. Ivy’s conversation and the optional traditional meals are a treat.
