This charming candle-lit eatery above the galleries at Seven Arches is one of the best options in town. Local produce reigns supreme in the kitchen of owner/chef Brent Phil- lips-White, who personally introduces his ever- changing chalkboard menu. The duck liver pâté (organic, local and free-range) is one of the highlights.
