Set in a historic thatched Cape Dutch building, which forms part of the Drostdy Museum, this diminutive eatery offers a fantastic raised vantage point from which to survey the goings on of Swellendam’s main road. The menu features sarmies and salads, specials like bobotie and stewed fruit, and a selection of scrummy cakes including a fudgey pumpkin and fig creation.

Hours: 9.00am-5.00pm Mon-Sat.
