A Bredasdorp icon, Julian’s is as well known for its moreish fusion-inspired fare as for its colourful surrounds, thanks to the artistic eye of owner-potter Julian Keyser. At night the culinary repertoire comes into its own – try the roasted duck with orange and amaretto sauce but be sure to leave room for their famous chocolate cheesecake.

Hours: 9am-10pm Mon-Sat.

Main courses: R100.
