Bosman’s at Grande Roche

The late Bosman’s chef Frank Zlomke left some pretty huge culinary shoes to fill, but his successor Roland Gorgosilich is certainly doing a stand-up job. Continuing in the same vein, incorporating local, seasonal produce into his fine-dining fare, gourmands can expect the likes of poppy seed and black pepper springbok loin with butternut and ginger purée and balsamic jus.

Open 7pm-9.30pm daily.

Main courses R165.
