Our services are defined as follows:

• Provide spatial design layout concepts. Establish theme and colour concepts – shape texture, form etc. Provide sample boards with colour presentations with three-dimensional perspectives giving the client a literal feel of the interiors.
• Implement changes within the context of original design.
• Provide resolved drawings for sub-contractors, eg electrical, plumbing, bulkhead, position of diffusers for air-conditioning, position of speakers for home theatre systems/projection screens, complete woodworking drawings, specific detailing, soft furnishing detail, eg rugs, fabric and art works, etc. Supply fine art paintings and décor prints to interior designers and decorators.
• All of our staff are computer literate and have a clear understanding of the field of interior design.
• Establish a scope of work schedule with the relevant projected time frames specific to each sub-contractor.
• Do house portraits in canvas and oils.
• Our drawing office makes use of the latest AutoCAD and ArchiCAD software for the purpose of creating plans and layouts.
