The JKB Group is firstly a design and manufacturing business concentrating on Exhibition Show Stand construction, shop fitting and display unit manufacture. The company is also a marketing support network organisation and provides multi-disciplined services to major Blue Chip marketers, operating across the entire Southern African Continent.
History The JKB Group was established in 2004. The Groups founders, John and Michael Barnes, saw the growth of the global and South African exhibition and events industries as an opportunity to create a service business in the branding communications market. Since its inception The JKB Group has grown in leaps and bounds and has become a major competitor in the local and international market with work being produced for European and African countries for local South African use.
Head Office The JKB Group head office is situated at: 1 Longshore Park, Capricorn Park, Muizenberg 7950, Cape Town. The company has affiliates in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Bloemfontein, Port Elizabeth, East London, Knysna, and Windhoek.

BEE Programmes The company also has a number of BEE programmes in place, including: The training of the company's assembly staff as part of Skills Transfer programme, with a view to setting up a BEE company as a subsiduary to the JKB Group. A program to subcontract work to previously disadvantaged individuals and groups is also in place.
