PANhospitality has been developed by us using our vast business, accounting knowledge and experience gained from not only operating our own lodge since 1998, but also consulting to some of the major industry players. Furthermore we have also gained valuable input from our clients and PANhospitality can truly be considered a product for the industry developed by the industry.

We are a Software development house, specializing in applications for the Hospitality and Tour Operator Industry. PANstrat Solutions was established in 1998 when Zongoene Lodge owner, Peet Du Toit, and Neil van Coller were unable to find a comprehensive hospitality management solution that provided fully integrated accounting and hospitality management functionality. Consequently, they decided to develop their own solution, with the intention of marketingit to the industry.

In August 2001 the company installed the first Beta version of PANhospitality – a seamlessly integrated reservations, property management and multi-currency accounting package- in Madikwe Game Reserve in the North West Province. The first commercial installation of the product followed in January 2002. Since then PANstrat has rolled out its offering at hotels and lodges across South Africa and in neighbouring countries, Botswana and Mozambique. Enquiries have also been received from Zambia and Namibia, and even as far a field as Tanzania.
