Canei Solutions

Mecchi Opleiding, trading as canei solutions, a SHEQ Consultancy Company, is situated in Hartbeespoort, with a satellite office in Randfontein, from where we visit our clients and sites throughout South Africa.

The company was registered in 1987 when the need was identified to train employees in life skills and ABET. In May 2004 the main focus of the company shifted to Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Management with the new constructions regulations of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (act 85 of 1993) that was promulgated and publicized in 1993.

Since then the company has emerged to the present status where we are mainly focusing on rendering a service to our customers who are conducting business in die Civil Construction, Building en Small Mining Sectors. We have also expanded the company by means of placing safety officers on sites where our clients require a full-time safety officer on site for the duration of the project. This is not only cost-effective, but also beneficial to the client as our company manages the safety officers and assists him/her with back-up services.

We are establishing a training division that will mainly focus on training ABET and basic safety for supervisors, HSE representatives and Basic Safety Awareness for employees.

Johan du ToitMidio MecchiMidio Mecchi has gained his SHEQ-experience in this field from 1982 onwards, with NOSA-training and production experience in various industries (Ferrochrome and Vanadium). He received a MDP from Pretoria University in 1997 and a National Diploma in Analytical Chemistry in 1976.
