The Assessment Toolbox was founded by Sally Satchel and Wea van Heerden who have combined work experience of 20 years. We believe that the understanding and insight we have gained of how organisations operate and our experience of working with people at different levels (both from an in-house and from a consulting perspective) provide us with the ability to provide a best-in-class service to clients. We have experience working across industries, both in the public and private sectors. We have delivered projects in the engineering, mining, information technology, manufacturing, communications, professional services, human resources, public sector, FMCG, financial services, retail, motor and telecommunications industries.
Achieving our business objectives means that we need to understand all the variables involved in making human capital decisions.
