Welcome to Industaff Solutions cc, an ISO 9001:2008 quality certified 100% black owned, managed, controlled and financed Labour brokerage, which was founded in Cape Town, South Africa on 17th February 1998.
Industaff Solutions cc is owned by two previously disadvantaged South African born individuals. We supply limited duration contract staff in various occupational disciplines to industry, commerce, Local and Provincial Government Departments.
Occupational disciplines vary from trade tested artisans, Semi-Skilled, unskilled, drivers. machine and earthmoving equipment operators and supervisory to administration staff.
Our core function is to supply Clients with a well trained labour pool which allows for a reasonable risk free solution to short term contract employment due to workload fluctuations as well as ensuring that all legislation is complied with in order that Client Companies do not fall foul of the law.
