We are a small to medium sized firm with Helen Ellis and Angela Theron as partners. Our partners are assisted by Karen Maybery, Barbara Bowes and Cassandra Moss. Our collections department is headed by Irma Smith who has over 15 years experience in collection matters.

Our dynamic firm specialises in commercial High Court litigation and Family Law, which includes divorces, the defining of and obtaining court orders with regard to parental rights, maintenance, relocation from South Africa and all forms of mediation in family related matters.

We pride ourselves in rendering an efficient and friendly service to all our clients, regardless of how small the matter is. In order to provide an excellent service to our clients, we are open from 06h00 to 18h00 from Mondays - Thursdays, and from 07h00 to 13h00 on Fridays. We are also available for emergencies after hours.

History:
  • Helen Ellis completed her articles with Werkmans Attorneys and remained with Werksmans as an Associate.
  • Helen commenced practice for her own account in May 1991.
  • Angela Theron commenced employment with the firm 1999. She completed her articles with the firm and now enjoys partnership with the firm.
  • Helen and Angela are ably assisted by Karen, Barbara and Cassandra in all aspects of litigation. Irma competently manages the collections department.
